Moses and Jesus both experienced the same difficulties from their birth to this earth

Moses and Jesus both experienced the same difficulties from their birth to this earth. Satan already knew when the Israelites would come out of Egypt, the land of slavery. He guessed the time of the birth of Moses who would lead the Israelites, and stirred up Pharaoh’s heart to give an order to kill every boy that was born to the Hebrews. At that time, Moses was born and he was in danger of being killed, but he took refuge in Pharaoh’s palace owing to God’s favor (Ex. 1:15-22; 2:1-10). When Jesus was born, King Herod intended to kill Him and gave an order to kill all the boys who were two years old and under, in Bethlehem and its vicinity. As Moses took refuge in Pharaoh’s palace, so Jesus took refuge in Egypt (Matt. 2:14-16).

The Finding of Moses

The Finding of Moses

Jesus came to this earth as a prophet like Moses

God has showed and fulfilled beforehand the works of Jesus who would appear as a savior through Moses, the prophet of the Old Testament. Then why does God lead the redemption of salvation through such complicated process even though Jesus himself would accomplish all our salvation?

We can say the only reason that God wouldn’t accomplish a plan to save your children extemporally, but He will give us a realization to be planned already before thousands of years of our birth. For instance, even Moses called as a prophet didn’t know the reason why he conducted himself a role of prophet to bring the Israelites out of Egypt. Therefore he asked God “Who am I, that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the Israelites out of Egypt?”.

However, God has showed us that their birth between Moses and Jesus were not a coincidence because it is in the same situation with Jesus from the moment Moses was born as the chosen one in order to fulfill God’s plan of salvation even though has was Moses. Among the life in the Desert since Moses led the Israelites, Jesus who would appear the second time has fulfilled definitely to count even number on that day so that we may realize your plan of salvation.

In the same way, because we will see the plan of salvation that God prepared will be fulfilled surely in accordance with God’s will no matter what long time flowed away, God will let us believe that the things must be fulfilled even remaining last prophecy by Jesus who would appear the second time.

Isa. 14:24, 27 The LORD Almighty has sworn, “Surely, as I have planned, it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will stand… For the LORD Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?”

Moses broke the ten commandment tablet - Finding Moses and Jesus

Moses broke the ten commandment tablet

The works of Moses are a shadow and a reality of those of Jesus (the prophecy of the Feast and the fulfillment)

The Passover (The evening on the fourteenth day of the first month of the sacred year)

-The works of Moses (shadow)

At that night of the Passover, God struck down all the firstborn from the son of the Pharaoh to the firstborn of all the livestock, but the Israelites’ houses kept the Passover were not struck down and passed over the destruction of killing the firstborn. And at that night of the Passover, the Israelites were pleased to set free from the slavery of Egypt.

-The works of Jesus (reality)

We would be pleased to set free from the slavery of the death by getting rid of our death (Ro. 6:23) if we receive the forgiven of sin through the Passover of the new covenant established by Jesus’ blood (Matt. 26:26~28).

The Feast of Unleavened Bread (the fifteen day of the first month of the sacred year)

-The works of Moses (Shadow)

The Israelites who are released from Egypt by keeping the Passover has encountered difficulties in the situation of blocking the Red Sea and being chased the army of Egypt until they crossed the Red Sea from the Rameses the following day. However, the Israelites crossed the Red Sea by God’s power. Like this, The LORD commanded the Israelites to keep the Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread for the generations to come, so that they might commemorate God’s power and remember the suffering they underwent until they crossed the Red Sea after leaving Egypt on the Passover night.

-The works of Jesus (reality)

Jesus accomplished the prophecy of the feast of unleavened bread. This feast represents Jesus’ suffering which He underwent from the Passover night until His death in the body on the cross.

The Day of Firstfruits (The day of after the Sabbath following the Feast of Unleavened Bread, Sunday) = The Resurrection Day

-The works of Moses (shadow)

The feast of commemorating the day when Moses led the Israelites from the army of Egypt chased and crossed the Red Sea is the Day of Firstfruits. The Israelites landed across the Red Sea early the next morning.

-The works of Jesus (reality)

Jesus was in the tomb for the three days after He was crucified, and He accomplished the prophecy of the Day of Firstfruits as resurrected early on the three days. The Day of Firstfruits means the firstfruits, and Jesus has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep (1 Cor 15:20).

The Israelites’ going into the Red Sea represents Jesus’ going into the tomb, and their landing from the sea His resurrection. Its meaning is seen in baptism that we undergo now (1 Cor. 10:1~2, 1 Pet. 3:21).

The Feast of Weeks (The day after the seventh following Sabbath from the Day of Firstfruits, Sunday) = The Day of Pentecost

-The works of Moses (shadow)

The Israelites across the Red Sea arrived on the Mount Sinai on the first day of third month of sacred year, walking in the Desert for the fortieth day. This day was the fortieth day after his landing from the Red Sea on the twenty-second day of the first month, and Moses went up Mount Sinai to receive Then Commandments on the eleventh day of the third month (total of fifty days) of sacred year after passing more the ten days.

God appointed the Feast of Weeks when Moses went up the Mount Sinai for the first time to receive the Ten Commandments on the fifty days from the Day of Firstfruits, so that they might remember these days and commemorate them for the generations to come (Ex 16:16:25, Ex 24:1~18).

-The works of Jesus (reality)

The Feast of Weeks called as the Pentecost in the New Testament times. The prophecy of this feast was fulfilled by Jesus’ resurrection and entrance into the Most Holy Place in heaven and pouring out the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost, the fiftieth day after the Resurrection. Moses went up Mount Sinai and received the Ten Commandments, which represented that Jesus would enter the Most Place in heaven and receive the Holy Spirit and pour it out on His disciples (Acts 2:1~4, Heb. 9:11~12).

Moses camped in front of Mount Sinai and went up to the mountain before God on the first day of the third month of the sacred year, the fortieth day after his landing from the Red Sea on the twenty-second day of the first month. This event indicated that Jesus would go up to heaven on the fortieth day after His resurrection (Ex 19:1~7, Acts 1:3~9). In the Good News Bible it is written, “the first day of the third month” (Ex. 19:1). Thus, the works of Moses on Mount Sinai show those of Jesus in the heavenly sanctuary.

The Feast of Trumpets (the first day of the seventh month of the sacred year)

-The works of Moses (shadow)

The Feast of Trumpets is the one that the people prepared the Day of Atonement by blowing their trumpets loudly on the first day of the seventh month of sacred year.

This feast was appointed according to Moses’ works as follows: Moses went up Mount Sinai before the LORD to receive the Ten Commandments on the eleventh day of the third month (Ex. 24:15~18). While he stayed there forty days and nights, the people made an idol in the form of a golden calf and worshiped it. When Moses came down from the mountain after receiving the Ten Commandments, he saw the people dancing and eating around the golden calf and threw the tablets out of this hands and broke them to pieces at the foot of the mountain. This event brought a great disaster upon them, and about three thousand of them died (Ex. 32:1~18). After that, they put all things in order and renewed their minds, and took off all their ornaments. And then Moses took his tent and pitched it outside the camp some distance away, and he went out to the tabernacle of meeting which was outside the camp and worshiped the LORD (Ex. 33:1~11). Owing to Moses’ earnest pleading, the LORD showed His grace again on the Israelites and ordered him to go up the mountain with two tablets of stone like the first ones (Ex. 33:12~17).

Like this, on the first day of the sixth month, Moses went up Mount Sinai before the LORD, and He stayed there forty days and nights without eating and drinking. The LORD wrote again the Ten Commandments on the tablets of stone, which means the LORD forgave all their sins about what God allowed us the Ten Commandments. What the people prepared the Day of Atonement by blowing their trumpets loudly before the Ten days when Moses came down from the mountain with the Ten Commandments on the tenth day of the seventh month is the origin of the Feast of Trumpets.

-The works of Jesus (reality)

Every feast is a shadow of the things to come. The reason why Moses broke the first two tablets of Ten Commandments into pieces is because of an idolatry of the Israelites. Moses received the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai from the LORD. This event showed that Jesus would later receive the Holy Spirit and pour out the holy spirit of the early rain to the apostles by entering the Most Holy Place in heaven.

After Jesus’ ascension, The Holy Spirit, which Jesus poured out on the early church on the Day of Pentecost, was withdrawn because the churches became corrupt and worshiped the sun god. Since then, the church was severely trampled and persecuted by Satan for a long time (The Dark Age). And the LORD allowed Moses to receive the Ten Commandments a second time. This showed that Jesus would enter the Most Holy Place in heaven a second time for the gospel work of the last days at that time of God’s planning, and the prophecy of the Feast of Trumpets blown the trumpets of repentance for ten days has fulfilled a movement for Jesus’ coming of William Miller for ten years from 1834 to 1844 by rising a movement of repentance in the whole word.

The Day of Atonement (the tenth day of the seventh month of the sacred year)

-The works of Moses (shadow)

God forgave the sin that the Israelites made an idol in the form of a golden calf, and He appointed the day, on which Moses came down from the mountain with the two tablets of the Ten Commandments after forty days without eating or drinking as the Day of Atonement in order to give them the forgiveness of sins.

-The works of Jesus (reality)

On October 22, 1844, (The tenth day of the seventh month in the sacred calendar)

Just as Moses received the first two tablets of the Ten Commandments broken, God allow them to open a gate of God’s grace to restore the truths of the early church fallen gradually by pouring out again the Holy Spirit withdrawn because of the sun god worship.

Moses went up Mount Sinai a second time to receive the Ten Commandments. This event showed that Jesus would enter the Most Holy Place in heaven a second time for the gospel work of the last days, on October 22, 1844, the Day of Atonement – the tenth day of the seventh month in the sacred calendar.

The Feast of Tabernacles (The fifth day of the seventh month of the sacred year)

-The works of Moses (shadow)

Moses explained the way all the people build the tabernacle from when He came down with the two tablets of the Ten Commandments, on which (the seventh month in the sacred calendar) all the people gathered the materials built the tabernacle for seven days from fifteenth days of that month. This feast was originated from then on.

-The works of Jesus (reality)

Just as the Holy Tabernacles is completed with a abundant materials of the tabernacles built through Moses, the prophecy will be fulfilled with the 144,000 God’s people who represents the materials of heavenly temple in the last age.

Until now all the prophecies of the feasts have been fulfilled except one – the Feast of Tabernacles. This feast represents that there will be a movement for Jesus’ coming after he appointed time of His coming is proclaimed.

The Feast of Tabernacles is the one of pleasure that we might receive the holy spirit of the latter rain of God’s power to gather the 144,000 God’s people. And also God plainly gave us a crucial word that “If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, they will have no rain and will be the punishment.”

Therefore, we should realize that we never go to the kingdom of heaven unless we receive the holy spirit not to keep the feast of tabernacles at the last days.

Zech. 14:16~19 Then the survivors from all the nations that have attacked Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, and to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles. If any of the peoples of the earth do not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord Almighty, they will have no rain. If the Egyptian people do not go up and take part, they will have no rain. The Lord will bring on them the plague he inflicts on the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles. This will be the punishment of Egypt and the punishment of all the nations that do not go up to celebrate the Festival of Tabernacles.

The second coming Jesus has come again through the fulfillment for the prophecy of the Feast of Tabernacles

We thoroughly studied about Moses and Jesus. This is not just connection of them but also there is another issues about them – Moses and Jesus.

We should find the Jerusalem where we receive the latter rain of Holy Spirit and the place where we keep the Feast of Tabernacles at the time of the Feast of Tabernacles for the last prophecy of the Feast. In order to answer two questions, we should meet the second coming Jesus who would appear in this age. Because God’s redemption of salvation should be completed obviously by the second coming Jesus who would appear at the last age, the answer for this question should be also brought by the second coming Jesus himself.

Then, who is the second coming Jesus who call to gather 144,000 who will get a salvation at the last time to bring the answer for two questions in this age?

Unless anyone who read this article met the second coming Jesus, it is a time when we will try to seek the second coming Jesus to this earth for our salvation in this age from now.

Heb 9:28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.
